Client Agreement

Effective Date: 26 september 2025
 Platform Name: Vishmo (“Platform”, “we,” “us,” or “our”)
 Client: The individual registering to book services on the Platform (“you” or “Client”)

This Client Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms under which Clients may use the Platform to book beauty and wellness services. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

 

 

1. Nature of the Platform

Vishmo is a platform that connects Clients with independent Providers who offer beauty and wellness services.

We do not provide any services directly, nor are we responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of any services offered by Providers.

We are not a party to any agreement between you and any Provider.

 

 

2. Booking Services

You may use the Platform to:

  • View Provider profiles and service offerings

     
  • Book appointments directly with Providers

     
  • Pay for services using available payment options

     
  • Leave reviews and feedback

     

All service-related decisions — including Provider selection, scheduling, and services requested — are your responsibility.

 

 

3. Location of Services

Services may be offered at:

  • Licensed establishments (e.g., salons, spas)

     
  • Remote locations (e.g., your home, event venue)

     

You acknowledge that some services may be legally restricted to licensed premises. It is your responsibility to ensure the service setting is suitable, safe, and lawful. The Platform does not verify the legality of service locations.

 

 

4. Payments and Transactions

While the Platform may facilitate payment processing via third-party providers, all financial agreements are between you and the Provider.

You agree that:

  • The Provider sets their own pricing and availability

     
  • Any payment disputes, chargebacks, or refund requests must be resolved directly with the Provider

     
  • The Platform is not liable for incomplete or unsatisfactory services

     

 

 

5. Cancellation Policy

By booking services on the Platform, you agree to adhere to the Platform’s Cancellation Policy, which is subject to change. The current policy is available at: [Insert Link or Location].

Violations of the cancellation policy — including repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows — may result in restrictions or suspension of your account.

 

 

6. Client Responsibilities

As a Client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking

     
  • Be present and prepared at the agreed-upon service time and location

     
  • Treat all Providers with professionalism and respect

     
  • Not engage in inappropriate, illegal, or unsafe behavior during any appointment

     
  • Only use the Platform for lawful purposes

     

Failure to follow these responsibilities may result in removal from the Platform.

 

 

7. Disputes with Providers

Any disagreements regarding:

  • Service quality

     
  • Timeliness

     
  • Payments or refunds

     
  • Conduct during appointments

     

must be addressed directly with the Provider. While we may offer tools to facilitate communication or feedback, we are not obligated to mediate or resolve such disputes.

 

 

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, including (but not limited to) if you:

  • Violate this Agreement or our Terms of Service

     
  • Abuse the Platform or its users

     
  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct

     

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support or using the in-platform settings.

 

 

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for:

  • Service outcomes or quality

     
  • Provider conduct or availability

     
  • Injuries, losses, or damages related to any appointment

     
  • Any financial transactions or disputes between you and a Provider

     

 

 

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform

     
  • Your conduct during or in connection with any booked service

     
  • Your violation of this Agreement or applicable laws

     

 

 

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time. We will provide notice of material changes, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

 

 

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of the pertinent states and territories therein.
