Vishmo Client Terms & Agreement

Effective Date: 26 September 2025

Platform Name: Vishmo (“Vishmo,” “we,” “us,” or “the Platform”)


This Client Terms & Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Vishmo Platform to discover, book, and communicate with independent beauty and wellness service providers (“Providers”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, Vishmo’s Privacy Policy, and any applicable Platform policies, all of which are incorporated by reference.




1. Nature of the Platform

Vishmo is a technology marketplace only. Vishmo does not provide beauty or wellness services. All services are provided solely by independent third-party Providers. Providers are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Vishmo. Vishmo is not a party to any agreement between you and a Provider.


2. Booking Services

The Platform allows you to view Provider profiles, request or book appointments, communicate with Providers, submit payments through third-party processors, and leave reviews. All decisions regarding Provider selection, services, timing, pricing, and conditions are solely between you and the Provider.


3. Provider Legality, Licensing & Verification Disclaimer

Vishmo does not verify or guarantee Provider licenses, certifications, permits, insurance, or legal authorization. All Provider information is self-reported. You are responsible for confirming Provider legality and compliance.


4. Location of Services & Assumption of Risk

Services may be performed at licensed establishments, private residences, or mobile locations. Vishmo does not verify legality or safety of locations. You voluntarily assume all risks.


5. Payments & Financial Transactions

Providers set prices and policies. Payments may be facilitated by third-party processors. Providers are the merchant of record unless stated otherwise. Vishmo is not responsible for refunds, disputes, or chargebacks.


6. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policies

You agree to be bound by each Provider’s cancellation and no-show policies. Vishmo does not enforce or override Provider policies.


7. Client Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, be present for appointments, treat Providers respectfully, and use the Platform lawfully.


8. Disputes with Providers

All disputes regarding services, payments, cancellations, or legality are strictly between you and the Provider.


9. Account Suspension or Termination

Vishmo may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or risk. You may request account deletion at any time.


10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” VISHMO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING PROVIDER QUALIFICATIONS AND SERVICE OUTCOMES.


11. Limitation of Liability

VISHMO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROVIDER ACTIONS, ILLEGAL SERVICES, OR PAYMENT DISPUTES.


12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Vishmo from claims arising from your use of the Platform or interactions with Providers.


13. Data Handling & Privacy

Data practices are governed by the Privacy Policy. Vishmo may retain data as required by law and is not responsible for Provider-held data.


14. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.


15. Mandatory Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

All disputes must be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive class actions and jury trials.


16. Opt-Out

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days by emailing contact@vishmo.com.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Client and the Platform acknowledge that this Agreement has been intentionally accepted and executed as of the Effective Date, including by electronic assent where applicable.
