- Clients booking services through Vishmo
- Providers offering services through Vishmo
- Visitors to the Vishmo website or application
It does not apply to services performed by Providers outside the Platform or to third-party websites and services linked from Vishmo.

Account Information
- Name, email address, phone number, password, profile details
Booking & Communication Data
- Appointment details, service selections, messages exchanged through the Platform (including SMS routed through third-party providers)
Provider Information
- Business details, service offerings
- Professional licenses, certifications, insurance documentation (where applicable)
Payment-Related Information
- Billing address and transaction metadata Vishmo does not store full payment card numbers. Payments are processed directly by third-party payment processors. Providers are the merchant of record unless otherwise disclosed.

- IP address, browser type, device identifiers
- Usage logs, page interactions, feature usage
- Cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and security
3. How We Use Personal Information

4. Communications & Messaging
Vishmo enables in-platform and SMS communications between Clients and Providers.
- Messages may be routed through third-party telecommunications providers.
- Communication metadata and content may be retained to support service delivery, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
- Vishmo does not monitor messages for marketing purposes.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information.
We may share information:
- Between Clients and Providers as necessary to fulfill bookings
- With Service Providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, communications, payment processing)
- For Legal Reasons when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or Platform integrity
- In Business Transfers such as mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to:
