Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of the service fee. Clients who do not show up or arrive more than: - 5 minutes late for express services (30 minutes or less), or - 10 minutes late for other appointments, will be charged 100% of the service fee. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.
Providers are expected to honor all accepted bookings. Repeated last-minute cancellations or failure to complete bookings may result in payment adjustments, account suspension, or termination from the platform. Vishmo reserves the right to withhold or adjust payments for incomplete or cancelled services.
Compensation for provider cancellations varies depending on the timing of the cancellation. If the client cancels outside the platform’s minimum notice period, providers may be eligible for partial payment. Vishmo will facilitate this through the platform.
If a client successfully disputes a charge (e.g., due to poor service, cancellation, or dissatisfaction), the chargeback and any associated fees will be deducted from the provider's earnings. Vishmo will make a best-effort attempt to contest the chargeback on your behalf.
Yes. As a provider on Vishmo, you are fully responsible for bringing all tools, equipment, and professional-grade products required to perform your service safely and effectively. The platform does not supply or reimburse materials. Your equipment must be clean, safe, and meet all local health and safety standards. Failure to bring required items may result in cancellation without compensation.
Yes. Vishmo allows providers to list and sell approved retail products directly to clients through the platform. This is a great way to enhance your earnings and build long-term client relationships. All sales must comply with local regulations and platform guidelines, and Vishmo may take a small transaction fee.
Yes! You can set multiple service zones in your provider dashboard. Vishmo allows you to define different travel radiuses for each city or region where you’re available. Just make sure your licenses and permits are valid in all locations you serve.
Yes! You can perform services at hotels, bridal venues, corporate events, and private gatherings. Make sure the client provides a suitable setup space and that you have any permits required for performing services in those locations.
Yes. Providers can leave private feedback or ratings about clients after each completed service. This helps Vishmo maintain a respectful and safe community for everyone on the platform.
Booking through Vishmo ensures you’re covered by our cancellation and no-show protection policies, get visibility through reviews, and enjoy seamless payment processing. It also helps maintain trust with clients and protects you from disputes or chargebacks.
Off-platform bookings violate Vishmo’s policies and may lead to suspension. You’ll also lose support for payment issues, dispute resolution, and client trust features like reviews, safety screening, and marketing exposure.
