Welcome to Vishmo, a platform operated by Shikoi LLC (“Vishmo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and platform located at www.vishmo.com (the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform or our services. By using Vishmo, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, Provider Agreement, and any other supplemental policies posted on our Platform.

2. PLATFORM PURPOSE AND ROLE

Vishmo is a technology platform that connects clients with independent service providers offering beauty, wellness, and fitness services (“Providers”). We do not employ, manage, or supervise Providers and are not a party to the service contract between clients and Providers. You acknowledge that all services are performed by independent Providers.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your credentials secure
• Notify us of any unauthorized use

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including:

7. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND DISPUTES

Providers define their own cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies. Vishmo may assist in resolving disputes at its sole discretion but is not liable for them.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, software, branding, and design elements are owned by or licensed to Vishmo and are protected by applicable laws. Do not reproduce or use them without permission.

9. DISCLAIMERS

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” Vishmo makes no guarantees about the quality or legality of services or the accuracy of content. We disclaim all express or implied warranties to the extent allowed by law.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted, Vishmo shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Provider conduct or user misuse

Your sole remedy is to stop using the Platform.

11. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your conduct harms our operations
• We are legally required to do so

You may request account deletion anytime.

12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of California. Disputes are subject to courts in Santa Clara County, CA.

13. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

We may update these Terms and will notify users via our Platform or email. Continued use indicates acceptance.
