Welcome to Vishmo (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our beauty and wellness booking platform (the “Platform”), which connects clients and service providers for the purpose of booking beauty and wellness services. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Nature of the Platform

Vishmo is a tool that enables independent beauty and wellness providers (“Providers”) to offer services to individual clients (“Clients”). We do not provide any services ourselves and are not a party to any agreement between Clients and Providers. All bookings, services, payments, and disputes are the sole responsibility of the respective Clients and Providers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Booking and Service Locations

The Platform supports bookings at various locations, including:

• Licensed or permitted establishments (e.g., salons, spas)
• Off-site locations (e.g., homes, offices, events)

It is the Provider’s sole responsibility to ensure they have all necessary permits, licenses, and comply with local regulations when offering services, especially when operating outside of a licensed establishment.

Only services that are legally permitted to be performed outside of an establishment may be booked in such settings. Violations may result in removal from the Platform.

4. Payments and Disputes

While the Platform may facilitate payment processing through third-party providers, all payment terms are established directly between the Client and the Provider.

We are not responsible for:

• Disputes over payment or refunds
• Service quality or delivery
• Any financial agreements made between Clients and Providers

Clients and Providers agree to resolve any issues directly with each other.

5. Cancellation Policy

We maintain a standard cancellation policy which applies to all bookings made through the Platform. The current cancellation policy is available at [insert link or location].

6. Platform Rules and Enforcement

By using the Platform, all users agree to:

Vishmo reserves the right to remove or suspend any user—Provider or Client—found to be:

• Violating these Terms
• Engaging in unlawful, unsafe, or deceptive practices
• Operating outside of permitted conditions for providing services

7. Changes to the Platform or Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Platform or these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via the Platform or other reasonable means. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vishmo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform or services booked through it.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vishmo, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your interactions with other users, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law
