At VemMimo, we respect your privacy and provide users with the ability to request deletion of their account and associated personal data, including data obtained through Meta services such as Instagram.

Requesting Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your VemMimo account and any associated Instagram data by contacting us by email.

Please include the following information to help us verify your identity:

• Full Name
• Registered Email Address
• Registered Phone Number (if applicable)
• Reason for the request (optional)

What Happens After Your Request

Once your identity has been verified, we will:

• Remove your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) access tokens.
• Remove any connected Instagram Business account information associated with your account.
• Delete your account profile and personal information that is no longer required.
• Delete associated Instagram integration data that is no longer necessary for operational or legal purposes.

Certain information may be retained where required by applicable laws, regulations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, taxation, or other legitimate business obligations.

Processing Time

Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days after successful verification of the request.

If additional verification is required, we may contact you before completing the deletion.

Third-Party Data

If you have used third-party services (such as payment processors), certain records may remain with those providers in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable legal requirements.
